Customers are responsible for providing artwork, logos, names, numbers, and other materials that they have the right to use. SportsWearXpert is not responsible for copyright or trademark issues related to customer-provided designs.

Orders are confirmed after the required payment or advance payment has been received. Production will begin once the order details and designs are approved.

## 4. Changes & Cancellations

Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible, especially for customized products. Customers should carefully review and approve all designs, sizes, names, and numbers before production.

## 5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times may vary depending on the order size, destination, shipping company, customs, and other circumstances beyond our control. SportsWearXpert is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.
